The RPO travels to the Adirondacks for a concert at beautiful Fourth Lake in Inlet, NY. The concert will feature some of classical music’s most beloved works influenced by the folk traditions of Russia, the Czech Republic, Scandinavia, and the American Appalachians, including Sibelius’s Finlandia and Smetana’s The Moldau. The RPO also will pay tribute to the best of Broadway and the American Big Band tradition, along with the annual participatory Sousa march.
