The RPO is essential to the Rochester community because... Because it provides a great educational program for all ages of children. It's a great way for adults to relieve their stress by listening to beautiful music.

Biography
Mary Ann Wukovitz has been a member of the RPO cello section since 1972. A native of Hamilton, N.Y., Ms. Wukovitz came to Rochester in 1969 to attend the Eastman School of Music, where she earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Music. She has lived in Pittsford for 34 years with her husband Peter, a retired cellist from the RPO, and has taught private lessons for 40 years in the Rochester area.
