Richard Sidwell, conductor
Conductor Richard Sidwell studied at the London College of Music. As a trumpet player, he has enjoyed touring the world, recording and gigging with many artists including Blur, The Stranglers, Robbie Williams, Duran Duran, The Pet Shop Boys, and Boy George. In addition, he has worked in many West End theaters, performed on various TV and radio shows, and headlined at all the major festivals in Europe. Sidwell now spends most of his musical life arranging and orchestrating. He is currently working as musical supervisor and arranger on an exciting new theatrical production called Dreamland, set in 1950s Hollywood.
Peter Elridge, vocals
Peter Elridge’s first break came about when he landed a role in the original West End production of Rent as Roger. Since then, he has played MacHeath in The Threepenny Opera, one of the lead vocalists in The Beatles tribute show All You Need Is Love, and P Puff Diddy Daddy Dum Diddy Doo in the ensemble for We Will Rock You. He also has played Nick Piazza in Fame, Man 1 in Songs for a New World, Adam in Schwartz It All About, and toured the U.K. as backing singer for Michael Ball’s “Love” tour.
Jenna Lee-James, vocals
Her theatre credits include Carabosse in Sleeping Beauty with Joe Pasquale, June Child in 20th Century Boy, The Narrator in Joseph, and the original cast of We Will Rock You playing both Meatloaf and Scaramouche. Lee-James has played Tiger Lily and the title role in Peter Pan, Lorraine in Boogie Nights with Shane Ritchie, Maisie in The Boyfriend, and Dorothy in The Wizard of Oz. She has performed in various arena concerts in the U.K. and Europe, including Another Kind of Magic, Strictly Come Dancing – The Professionals, and Champions of Rock.
Rachael Wooding, vocals
Rachael Wooding trained at the Doreen Bird College of Performing Arts. She has just finished playing the title role of Eva Peron in Andrew Lloyd Webber's Evita. Other credits include the original cast of the hit West End musical Hairspray playing the role of Amber Von Tussle, We Will Rock You as Meatloaf, Annette in Saturday Night Fever, the U.K. tour of the new musical Loveshack, Return to the Forbidden Planet, the U.K. tour of Footloose, A Chorus Line, Fame, Starlight Express, and Cats. She also managed to squeeze in her TV debut in Coronation Street.
Jason Wooten, vocals
He sang with Queen's Brian May and Roger Taylor as well as members of Deep Purple, Extreme, and Toto on the roof of the Paris Hotel in Las Vegas for the opening night of We Will Rock You where he played Galileo Figaro. On Broadway he played Riff Raff in The Rocky Horror Show, where he accidentally punched Joan Jett in his first performance. Also on Broadway: Woof in Hair, Simon Zealotes in Jesus Christ Superstar, Jim Steinman’s Dance of the Vampires, Footloose, and Twyla Tharp and Bob Dylan’s The Times They Are A-Changin’.
