Updated Indoor Safety Procedures Through January 12th, 2022

The RPO is thrilled to continue hosting you for live performances! The safety of patrons, musicians, and staff is always of the utmost importance to us and because of this, your RPO has established protocols and procedures for your safety that follow CDC, state, county, and venue-specific safety measures. After considering these safety measures as well as feedback from conversations with patrons, we have updated our current policies. The following policy and procedures are what you can expect for RPO concerts through January 12th (other than great music, of course!)

Vaccination: All patrons 12 and up will be required to be fully vaccinated and show proof of vaccination. Children aged 11 and under must be accompanied by a vaccinated adult.

To verify COVID-19 vaccination, all guests 12 and older must present a Photo ID along with one of the following before entering the building:  

Accepted proof of vaccination:

  • Hard copy of your vaccination card
  • Digital copy or photo copy of your vaccination card
  • NY State Excelsior Pass or Digital Vaccination Card provided by your home-state Health Dept.

Masking: All patrons will be required to wear masks at all times and throughout the duration of the performance. Please make sure your mask is covering both your mouth and nose.

  • Accepted: Cloth Masks, Disposable Masks, N95 mask (respirator)                                                         
  • Not Accepted: Face Shields, Bandanas, Neck Gators, Mask with Valves

Seating and Tickets

  • Performances at Beston Hall at Nazareth (Sunday Matinee) and Hochstein School of Music and Dance (OrKIDStra) have limited capacity seating. Please follow the ushers’ seating instructions upon arrival.
  • For performances at Kodak Hall special seating requests can be made by contacting the Patron Services Center. 
  • If you are not able to attend, you may exchange your tickets for a different performance with no added fees, donate your tickets, or turn the value of your tickets into a gift certificate. Please call our Patron Services Center at 585-454-2100 for assistance or any questions.
  • The Patron Services Center is open for phone calls Monday – Friday, 10am – 5pm. 
  • The RPO Patron Services Center is currently closed to in-person purchases. All patrons are encouraged to buy tickets on our website first and call the Patrons Services Center by phone for specific requests or questions.

What to Know for Your Visit

  • We kindly ask and encourage patrons to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to show start to ensure a quick and smooth entry into the venue.
  • There are three available entrances to use located on: Gibbs Street, Main Street, and Swan Street. Please see the map of available entrances below to help plan your arrival.
  • East End Parking Garage, as indicated on the map above is available for you to park during performances. Please read surrounding parking areas’ signage carefully if you choose to park elsewhere.
  • Betty’s Cafe will be closed. Food and drink, with the exception of water, will not be allowed in the theatre.

Stay Home If You Are Sick or Unwilling to Comply with Protocols!

  • If you or a recent close contact are sick, experience CDC-recognized COVID-19 symptoms or have been diagnosed with COVID-19 within the past 14 days, we ask that you prioritize community health and stay home.
  • If you do not wish to comply with these protocols, we kindly request that you remain at home. Audience members that do not comply with these protocols will be removed from the event.

RPO protocols will continue to be evaluated and updated as conditions change, following the recommendations of the CDC, New York State and Monroe County.
