It is our pleasure to officially launch our new ticketing software, powered by the Tessitura Network.

You can read more about them HERE – but in short, a software created by arts organizations FOR arts organizations.

The service we provide to the Greater Rochester community has never been more important, and it is our hope that this upgrade represents our commitment to improving.

Please note: we are still using our old software to finish out the current (18-19 season). For any exchanges (or purchases) related to concerts with dates now through June 2, 2019, you will want to continue to use our current ticketing system and your old log-in information.

Follow the instructions below to set up your Tessitura account.

Here are just a few of our new capabilities:

  • Subscriber discounts automatically applied! To access your discount, just purchase tickets to events as you normally would and the discount will be reflected once the item is in your cart.
  • Select your own seats – on all devices! You can now select specific seats on all devices – from laptops to mobile phones (available on select concerts now and all concerts in June 2019).
  • Price Zones are now more easily identifiable! ​

Have you purchased tickets, subscribed, or donated to the RPO?

  • Step 1: Visit my.rpo.org/account/login
  • Step 2: Under “Login Information,” click on the “RESET PASSWORD” link.
  • Step 3: Enter the e-mail address you are receiving this e-mail from.
  • Step 4: Click on the “Reset Password” link that is sent to your e-mail and update your password.

Are you new to the RPO (never purchased, subscribed, or donated)?

  • Step 1: Visit my.rpo.org/account/login
  • Step 2: Under “Not Registered Yet,” select register.
  • Step 3: Complete the required information.
