Throughout our regular and summer seasons, the RPO provides music to local communities who may not have the opportunity to attend a concert at Eastman Theatre. Anchored by RPO For All, the RPO brings music that moves to where it’s needed most.

The RPO’s Care & Wellness Initiatives bring the healing power of music to hospitals, senior centers, and community spaces. Through chamber performances, interactive programs, and partnerships with local organizations, the RPO shares comfort, connection, and joy.

Through free concerts at local venues "around the town", the RPO makes extraordinary musical experiences more accessible, connects with new audiences, and celebrates the power of music to bring people together. No ticket required!

Featuring small ensembles of RPO musicians in RIT’s performance spaces, RPO @ RIT offers audiences a unique opportunity to experience the artistry and versatility of these exceptional musicians up close in a welcoming, campus setting.

RPO OUTDOORS CITY PARKS SERIES

Every Tuesday evening in July, small chamber ensembles of RPO musicians visit a different quadrant of the city, performing in local parks and creating welcoming, accessible opportunities for residents to experience the orchestra in their own backyards. It’s a celebration of community, connection, and the power of music to bring people together.
