If you’re planning on purchasing tickets or are attending a performance, here’s some of the information you need to know.
Services
The Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra wants to make the night as convenient and memorable for you as possible. Below is basic information for our Patron Services Center and amenities within Kodak Hall.
Patron Services Center
RPO Tickets are available by calling the Patron Services Center at 585-454-2100 Monday-Friday from 10 AM-5 PM, or online at rpo.org at any time.
Concert evenings: RPO will-call tickets and concert tickets will be available at the Eastman Theatre Box Office (located in Eastman Theatre at 433 East Main St.) starting 90 minutes prior to the start of the concert.
Restrooms
Kodak Hall at Eastman Theatre: Located on the basement, mezzanine and balcony levels. Wheelchair-accessible restrooms are also available. For assistance please see one of our ushers.
Hochstein: Located on the lower level. An accessible restroom is available on the main floor; see an usher on house left for assistance.
Elevators
Kodak Hall at Eastman Theatre: The elevator may be accessed on the far right of the lobby. Please see an usher for assistance.
Hochstein: An elevator is available from the lobby before entering the Performance Hall at Hochstein. Please see an usher for assistance.
Lost and Found
Lost items may be claimed with the house manager during and immediately after a concert. Items found in Kodak Hall after an RPO performance will be held at the Eastman Theatre Box Office at 26 Gibbs Street in Lowry Hall. For more information, call 585-274-3000, Monday-Friday, 10am-3pm..

Complimentary Coat Check
Available in the basement, mezzanine and balcony levels of the Eastman Theatre. Please check with an usher the evening of the performance to determine which coat checks are staffed and available for use. At Hochstein, there are a limited number of coat hangers on the lower level.
Refreshments
Betty’s Café is open at Kodak Hall at Eastman Theatre. Food and beverage with the exception of water are not allowed inside the theater.
Medical Emergencies
Eastman Theatre has security personnel on site. In case of an emergency, patrons should see the nearest usher.
Patrons with Wheelchairs and Special Needs
Special seating areas are available in Kodak Hall at Eastman Theatre and Performance Hall at Hochstein for people with wheelchairs and special needs. Please discuss special seating needs with the box office when making your purchase. Please see the house manager or an usher for seating assistance. Individuals who use wheelchairs can enter Eastman Theatre through the first entrance to the lobby from Gibbs Street.
Kodak Hall at Eastman Theatre is equipped with audio systems to assist patrons with hearing impediments. Headsets may be obtained from an usher or the house manager prior to the performance.
Handicapped assistance dogs are welcome at any performance; special seating arrangements are not required.
Need a Helping Hand?
RPO Volunteers and the Rochester Philharmonic League are offering the Gibbs Street Assistance Program, which provides a helping hand to patrons who may need assistance entering the Eastman Theatre for the Philharmonics Series and Pops Series, and Casual Sunday Matinee concerts at Hochstein School of Music. This service applies to passengers only – drivers will still need to park their own cars. For more information, call the RPO Box Office at 454-2100.
The “Need a Lift?” program offers transportation to RPO concerts from patrons’ homes
