To help streamline your arrival, we ask patrons to enter through either the Main Street or Swan Street doors.

From The East: From I-490 W, take exit #16 for Clinton Ave towards downtown. Turn right onto Court St. Turn left onto Chestnut St. Turn right onto East Ave. Immediately turn left onto Gibbs St.

From The West: From I-490 E, take exit #15 toward NY-31, follow the signs for NY-31. Turn left onto Chestnut St. Turn right onto East Ave. Immediately turn left onto Gibbs St.

From The South: From I-390 N, take exit #15 for I-590 N toward Downtown/Rochester. Take exit #5 for I-490 W toward Downtown/Rochester. Take exit #16 for Clinton Ave towards downtown. Turn right onto Court St. Turn left onto Chestnut St. Turn right onto East Ave. Immediately turn left onto Gibbs St.

Seating and Tickets

Special seating requests for Kodak Hall can be made by contacting the Patron Services Center.
If you are not able to attend, you may exchange your tickets for another concert, give them to a friend, or donate your tickets to the RPO. All requests must be made with 24 hour notice of the concert (fees may apply).
Tickets can be purchased online 24/7 at rpo.org or by calling our Patron Services Center at (585)-454-2100. Tickets can also be purchased in person at the Patron Services Center during business hours at 255 East Avenue, Rochester, NY.
The Patron Services Center is open for phone calls and in-person business 10:00AM – 5:00PM, Monday through Friday.
