Katherine Rogala

Katherine comes to the RPO with over 20 years of leadership experience in healthcare and nonprofit organizations. A seasoned CPA, she brings a strong foundation in financial strategy, governance, and risk management developed through a decade at KPMG and executive roles with Finger Lakes Performing Provider System, Rochester Regional Health, and Rochester General Health System. Katherine holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Nazareth University.

Katherine has a passion for the arts and currently serves as board chair of the Rochester City Ballet; she has also served on the Finance Committee of the Rochester Broadway Theatre League.
