On the ticket purchasing page, before adding items to your cart, find the area where a promo code can be entered. This can be found towards the top right corner of your page.

Enter your desired promo code and click submit.
If done correctly, you should receive a message similar to the one to the right.

Navigate to the purchasing page for your desired concert and add seats to your cart! The promotion should be visible when selecting seats.
