Patrons may either exchange their tickets, create ticket credit, donate their tickets, or gift them to family/friends.
Exchanges:
- Subscription holders may opt for complimentary exchanges.
- Single Ticket buyers may opt for exchanges with the inclusion of a flat $5 fee.
- Exchanges must be requested an hour prior to the start of a performance.
Ticket Credit:
- Subscription holders may opt for Ticket Credit to be used at a later date within the season.*
- Single Ticket buyers may opt for Ticket Credit, with the inclusion of a flat, $5 fee.
- Ticket Credit must be requested by 2pm prior to evening concerts, or the day prior to matinee concerts.
*Ticket credit is only valid for purchases within the season it is issued.
Donation:
- All ticket holders may donate the value of their tickets for a Tax Credit Receipt.
- Donations must be requested by 2pm prior to evening concerts, or the day prior to matinee concerts.
Gifting:
- All ticket holders are welcome to share their tickets with their family members or friends. The name on the ticket will not inhibit patrons from attending any given concert!
Refunds:
- Subscription holders may opt for a refund prior to the beginning of the concert season, less fees.
- All single ticket purchases are final.
- If a concert is canceled, patrons may request to receive a refund for their tickets.
